One of Britney's favourite recordings, penned by Shania Twain and Mutt Lange, "Don't Let Me Be The Last To Know" was the final release from Britney's second album, with a video directed by the late Herb Ritts. Unfortunately, the single became Britney's least popular single to date worldwide, missing the Hot 100 in the USA, where it hit #112, and peaking at #12 in the UK, becoming her first single to miss the official UK top 10 singles chart.
