"(You Drive Me) Crazy" was remixed for release as the third single from Britney's debut album, having been picked as the theme song to the Melissa Joan Hart film, "Drive Me Crazy," with the video featuring a guest appearance from Melissa herself. The single was released in September 1999 internationally, backed by exclusive UK-only remixes by Spacedust, whilst Britney was touring the USA and recording her second album, and gave Britney another UK top 5 single, as well as reaching #10 in the USA.
