"Born To Make You Happy" was the last single to be lifted from Britney's debut album in the UK and Europe, released at the start of 2000. The track was never released in the USA or Australia, despite plans to switch over with "From The Bottom Of My Broken Heart," as it was decided that a gap should be left prior to the release of her second album. The "Bonus Remix," included on the commercial single, was intended to be the USA radio edit, and the song, despite its limited release, gave Britney her second UK #1 single.
