Jason Trawick has proposed to Britney Spears, and the happy couple are now officially engaged! Britney Tweeted, "OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I've been waiting for. Can't wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! Xxo" and reportedly confirmed the engagement to Access Hollywood on the night before his 40th birthday, for which Britney is throwing a party at Chateau Night Club, Planet Hollywood in Vegas! Congratulations!
Britney To Take Break In 2012

RCA Records, Britney's new record label following the closure of Jive Records, have announced that Britney will be taking a "little time off" in 2012; Britney herself hinted at her break in the recent interviews for the European leg of the "Femme Fatale" tour, where she mentioned that she would like to try acting, following her appearances on "Glee" and "How I Met Your Mother," as well as "Will & Grace" back in 2005.
Britney Appears On Billboard End-Of-Year Lists

Britney ends her 2011 as the #14 biggest star on the Billboard End-Of-Year charts, with three entries on the Hot 100 Songs Chart - "Till The World Ends" at #27, "I Wanna Go" at #46 and the #1 hit, "Hold It Against Me" at #60. Her album, "Femme Fatale" also appears at #31 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart, and she also appears as the #32 biggest album seller of the year. On radio, Britney scores her highest performance to date, ranking #11!

Sony Music UK have confirmed that the UK release date of the "Femme Fatale" tour DVD and Blu-Ray will be 12th December 2011. The Blu-Ray will include the four music videos from "Femme Fatale" as a bonus feature.

The DVD release of the Femme Fatale tour at Target stores in the USA will come with the same bonus 10-track CD, featuring remixes of "Hold It Against Me," "Till The World Ends" and "I Wanna Go" as well as "Scary" originally planned to be only available in Japan; Britney said, "'Britney Spears Live: The Femme Fatale Tour' DVD isn’t out until Monday, but pre-order the Deluxe Edition now exclusively at Target and you'll get a 10-track Femme Fatale remix CD featuring the all new track 'Scary'!”

Sony Music UK have yet to announce the release date of Britney's Femme Fatale tour in the UK, however, Amazon UK are retailing the US import of the DVD and Blu-Ray at exceptional value online here, for release on 28th November - order the Blu-Ray for around £10 here and the DVD for around £8 here!

Britney's Femme Fatale Tour begins the first of the three London dates tonight, with Britney starting at 9pm exactly today and tomorrow at the prestigious O2 Arena, Greenwich, and on Monday at Wembley Arena. Destinee & Paris, a duo who have worked with RedOne, commence at 7:30pm, whilst Joe Jonas begins at 8pm. Enjoy!

Three demo tracks from Britney's sessions for "Circus" have leaked online, the first being "Everyday," a ballad written by Britney with Francis Alexander and Wally Gagel, "Abroad," one of the rumoured bonus tracks from the anticipated "Circus" re-release, written by Danja and The Clutch, and "Dangerous," a Greg Kurstin co-write. A track called "Rockstar," from the "In The Zone" sessions with Christopher 'Tricky' Stewart also leaked here!

Femme Fatale European Leg Kicks Off In Russia

Britney has kicked off the European leg of the Femme Fatale tour in St. Petersburg, Russia, the 1st show of this leg and the 39th show of the tour overall. The stage was downscaled, without the moving catwalk due to financial restrictions from the promoter, but Britney still enjoyed the show, saying, "St. Petersburg – you all were amazing tonight. Great way to kick off the European leg of the Femme Fatale Tour!"

BBC Worldwide have announced that they have acquired their first 3D music offerings, with the acquisition of Britney Spears' Femme Fatale Tour, saying, "After 100 million records sold worldwide, Britney Spears is back in her seventh concert tour, in support of her studio album Femme Fatale. Filmed in August 2011 in stunning 3D at the sold-out Air Canada show in Toronto, BBC Worldwide has attained distribution rights outside the USA. The 2D version will be broadcast on Christmas Eve 2011, with the 3D version available in February 2012."

"Criminal", which will be the official fourth single from "Femme Fatale," will break the trend for Britney singles and have a video shot in the United Kingdom, according to Britney on Twitter. Announcing that she is excited to be touring here - tickets are still available for her dates with Joe Jonas at the O2 Arena and Wembley Arena in London here - she said she will be filming the video in 'her second home' of London! The single is rumoured to be remixed, to cross-promote both "Femme Fatale" and the forthcoming, "B In The Mix: The Remixes - Volume 2" collection!

Britney's latest cover shoot sees her once again gracing the cover of Britain's #1 women's magazine, "Glamour," available this Thursday in stores. In the interview accompanying the shoot, Britney talks about turning 30, "‘I think the older you get, the wiser you get. I can’t wait. I’m really excited and definitely gonna celebrate and do something spectacular. I’m gonna be in South America so I’ll have to do something pretty fun. A carnival of Britney?" as well as Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding and inviting the couple to her show, "That would be amazing. That would be really crazy and cool.
