Britney Spears has been reunited and has resigned with her former manager, Larry Rudolph. The rumours started when fans noticed Britney had been readded to Larry’s official MySpace page as a current project, and “Us Weekly” and “OK!” magazines are both running articles on them reuniting.
The “How I Met Your Mother” episode featuring a guest appearance from Britney Spears as Abby, a receptionist at the office of a dermatologist Ted is visiting to have a tattoo removed, aired in the USA last night. The show currently lacks a broadcaster in the UK, following an unsuccessful launch of the first season on BBC Three and in 2006 and BBC Two late last year.
The guest appearance gave “How I Met Your Mother” its highest ratings ever, with a 4.5 rating among adults aged 18-49, scoring around 12.5million viewers, with critics being impressed.

Fabolous, who has recorded a guest verse for a remix of “Break The Ice” has spoken to MTV about recording a guest appearance on a new song, which Britney had not yet added her vocals to for her ‘new album’.
“I didn’t get to kick it with Britney, but the people from her record label was on top of that. I don’t know what condition Britney is in right now. Hopefully – more power to her – she’ll get in a better space and position. Somebody needs to sit her down, tell her what the deal is.”
In her first official non-tabloid cover in over 2 years, Britney Spears graces the front of “TV Guide” magazine, promoting her guest appearance on “How I Met Your Mother.” Britney plays a receptionist at a dermatologist’s office, and she falls for one of the show’s main characters, played by Josh Radnor.
“She was hilarious in the table-read, and I got to see her do the run-through as well, and she was great” said cast member Jason Segal. Alyson Hannigan added “You can still kill a joke if you don’t have comic timing, and she’s not killing them. She knows how to deliver a joke. She’s got good comic skills.”
The full video for “Break The Ice” has premiered featuring an animated Britney fighting against the world and hailing back to the “Toxic” music video; it has also been added to all major music TV channels in the UK, and is available to request and view on The Box, B4, The Hits, MTV Hits, Chart Show TV and Smash Hits! Britney Spears’ brand new animated video to “Break The Ice,” directed by Robert Hales (who also did Gnarls Barkley’s “Crazy”) will premiere exclusively at BlackoutBall.com from approximately 11.30pm GMT.

At Britney’s suggestion, the video for “Break The Ice,” the third single from “Blackout,” will be animated featuring Britney as a superhero loosely based on the image she had in her iconic “Toxic” video in 2004. The release date for the commercial CD single in the UK is now 14th April 2008, and remixes have been commissioned from the likes of Jason Nevins.
Britney Spears will appear on the new season of the CBS show, “How I Met Your Mother.” Britney was photographed arriving at the Fox TV studios where the show, which stars Neil Patrick Harris and Alyson Hannigan, is shot, reading for an episode that will air in the USA on 24th March 2008.

Lawyers for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline appeared in court today discussing the issue of finance, following Mark Vincent Kaplan’s request for around £250,000. Stacy D. Phillips informed the court that Britney was being asked to foot legal bills totalling more than £500,000. She argued that Kevin Federline has plenty of disposable income, giving tips of £1000 after a £200 meal, and spending £10,000 on jewellery, using his credit card to buy clothes, giving Shar Jackson a credit card to purchase items and claiming it all through his business accounts. She added that Kaplan should be entitled to a maximum of £100,000, and that he attended unnecessary hearings, all of which should be taken into consideration by the court.
Jamie Spears will remain in control of her finances and other aspects of the her life until 31st July 2008 at the earliest. Superior Court spokesman, Allan Parachini, told “People” magazine “I can confirm that the order was issued this afternoon, but I don’t know the attorneys’ motives.”
“People” magazine also reports that a source close to Britney says she’s okay with her dad being in control. “She is getting along well with her father and enjoying the closeness and support of her family” they report.
Britney Spears headed back into the dance studio on Tuesday night to teach a further dance class to 15 children. “I like Britney. Today, first we were dancing slow, and then faster and faster.Then we did the fish-move and lots of other fun things” said 5 year old Elissa Bouganim. “It’s just amazing to watch Britney with the kids” says Elissa’s mom, Pam. “Elissa won’t stop dancing now, that’s all she wants to do. Britney has really inspired her.” “Britney is nice,” Elissa says. “I want to dance with Britney all the time because it’s so much fun.”
