Britney’s “Femme Fatale” tour begins the first of the three London dates tonight with Britney starting at 9pm exactly today and tomorrow at the prestigious O2 Arena in Greenwich and on Monday at Wembley Arena. Destinee & Paris, an American duo who have worked with RedOne, commence at 7:30pm and Joe Jonas takes the stage at 8pm.
Britney was interviewed by Rich Clarke on Capital FM talking about her “Femme Fatale” tour and her fellow pop divas. “I feel like the genre of women today musically is astounding. I feel like we actually need to come together and do a song that speaks for itself and actually shows how much power we do have,” she said. Britney also spoke about Gwen Stefani attending her one of her boy’s birthday parties and Lady Gaga attending her show.

Britney’s new remix album – the second of the “B In The Mix: The Remixes” collection – is now out in the UK featuring nine remixes and the new radio version of her current single, “Criminal.”
Three demo tracks from Britney’s sessions for “Circus” have leaked online today; the first being “Everyday” a ballad written by Britney with Francis Alexander and Wally Gagel, “Abroad” one of the bonus tracks from the shelved “Circus” re-release, written by Danja and The Clutch, and “Dangerous,” another Greg Kurstin co-write. A track called “Rockstar” from the “In The Zone” sessions with Christopher ‘Tricky’ Stewart has also leaked. All songs are available to find on YouTube.
Britney visited InDemand FM when she was in the UK doing radio interviews and they aired a full hour of Britney this evening featuring a new interview where she expresses her love for Adele, Jessie J, Sting and how she would not dance with a snake if they asked her to these days.

Britney has been awarded an award in Hungary for her services to Cultural Diplomacy; she Tweeted following the presentation of the award before her Femme Fatale Tour show in the country “I got the Ambassador’s Award for Cultural Diplomacy tonight in Hungary. Very cool. Thank you Hungary!”
Kiss 100 have aired the interview with Britney did with Rickie, Melvin and Charlie on the Kiss 100 Breakfast Show when she was in the UK a few weeks ago talking about London, the video for “Criminal,” the recording process for “Femme Fatale,” the tour and more.

Britney has kicked off the European leg of the Femme Fatale tour in St. Petersburg, Russia, the first show of this leg and the 39th show of the tour overall. The stage was downscaled without the moving catwalk due to financial restrictions from the promoters. Britney enjoyed the show saying “St. Petersburg – you all were amazing tonight. Great way to kick off the European leg of the Femme Fatale Tour!”
Britney has been interviewed on many UK TV and radio shows to promote the “Femme Fatale” tour, which kicks off in Europe this week before commencing in the UK in October. Her interview on “Daybreak” aired today, and an exclusive round of quick-fire questions was uploaded to their web site. Britney also appeared on “This Morning” with Alison Hammond, “Loose Women” with Denise Welsh and “OK! TV” with Jeff Brazier.

Britney has arrived in the UK to launch the European leg of her “Femme Fatale” tour and will be promoting the tour with a series of UK interviews. In addition to Britney’s interview on This Morning with Alison Hammond, Britney has been busy in the UK recording interviews with Capital FM, Kiss 100 and BBC Radio 1 as well as TV interviews on MTV UK with Laura Whitmore, Daybreak with Steve Hargraves, OK! TV with Jeff Brazier, T4, Freshly Squeezed, Loose Women with Denise Welch and the Chris Moyles Quiz Show.
Britney has officially announced her new remix collection saying: “Exciting news people – new remix album is coming out on 10th October! Pumped for you to hear these tracks – I love them!” alongside the tracklist, which features 10 remixes of songs from “Blackout,” “Circus” and “Femme Fatale” including the previously unreleased Varsity Team remix of “Criminal.”

BBC Worldwide have announced that they have acquired their first 3D music offerings, with the acquisition of Britney Spears’ “Femme Fatale” tour saying “after 100 million records sold worldwide, Britney Spears is back in her seventh concert tour, in support of her studio album ‘Femme Fatale’. Filmed in August 2011 in stunning 3D at the sold-out Air Canada show in Toronto, BBC Worldwide has attained distribution rights outside the USA. The 2D version will be broadcast on Christmas Eve 2011, with the 3D version available in February 2012.”
The video for “Criminal” will be shot in London according to Britney on Twitter, marking her first music video to be shot outside of the USA. Announcing that she is excited to be touring here (tickets are still available for her dates with Joe Jonas at the O2 Arena and Wembley Arena in London here) she said she will be filming the video in ‘her second home’ of London. The single is rumoured to be remixed to cross-promote both “Femme Fatale” and the forthcoming “B In The Mix: The Remixes – Volume 2” collection.
Britney’s latest cover shoot sees her once again appearing the cover of Britain’s #1 women’s magazine “Glamour,” available this Thursday in stores. In the interview accompanying the shoot Britney talks about turning 30 (“I think the older you get, the wiser you get. I can’t wait. I’m really excited and definitely gonna celebrate and do something spectacular. I’m gonna be in South America so I’ll have to do something pretty fun. A carnival of Britney?”) as well as Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding and inviting the couple to her show. “That would be amazing. That would be really crazy and cool. I think they’re a beautiful couple. Unfortunately I didn’t get to watch the wedding but I heard it was beautiful.”
